Role
A Business Associate identifies genuine customer needs, obtains appropriate consent, submits accurate enquiries and supports document coordination. The Associate is not a bank employee and must not promise loan approval, interest rates, pricing or processing timelines.
Customer Protection
Collect only information required for a valid customer request, preserve confidentiality, avoid misleading claims and never collect customer money unless specifically authorised through an approved BITA Credit process.
Commission
Commission applies only to eligible, confirmed and successfully completed/disbursed cases under the applicable sourcing route and product terms. Estimates are not guaranteed until the applicable outcome and payout are confirmed.
Compliance
BITA Credit may restrict or suspend access for false applications, forged documents, unauthorised charges, misrepresentation, spam, privacy violations, misuse of provider branding or other conduct inconsistent with responsible loan distribution.
